sir,

she married has one son their but husband dead so all property in the name of father in law so this property what about here rights kindly suggest me

on death of husband property will devolve on legal heirs including parents wife and children . did husand leave behind a will ? or he died intestate?

you have stated that some property is in name of father in law / whether it is ancestral or self acquired property of father in law ?

Without providing details of the property no one suggest you.But in normal course u can file declaration suit.

They will get shares as per law.
