If the agreement for sale did not mention anything about such charges to be borne by you then in the event of persistent refusal of the builder to register the sale deed you can seek relief from the Consumer Forum where you may apart from getting the order for registration may even adeqautely be compensated for these harassment.

you must have paid substantail amount to builder for purchase of flat. without registartion agreement is in admissible in evidence . it is in your interest that the agreement be registered . generally in agreement there is a clause that registartion charges are payable by buyer . since your agreement is silent you are not bound to pay but it is in your interest that dispute be resolved . so to adpot a practical approach pay the registration charges

it is in interest of members that society be formed . if members dont want to pay move consumer forum as suggested by Mr barman for deficinecy in service . but for disposal of your complaint in consumer forum may take one to 2 years

as per your statement you paid the entire amount.. there is no specific terms about the particular expenses mean you need not to pay this to the owner.. I AM AGREE WITH MR.BARMAN.
