Validity of transfer deed
In the case of listed company, at any time before the date on which the register of members is closed, in accordance with law, for the first time after the date of the presentation of the prescribed form to the prescribed authority under clause (a) of section 108(1A) or within 12ve months from the date of such presentation, whichever is later.
In any other case, within 02(TWO) months from the date of such presentation.
SO YOUR CASE COME WITH IN 02 MONTHS RANGE AS CO. IS UNLISTED WHILE MORE THAN 03 MONTHS WERE PASSED.
