one more question ...i hope i m not bothering too much..but I want to know if no adoption deed was signed, no registeration was done but the sister in law is living with her jija ji and sister, leaving her husband just after 2 years of marriage. her husband dies under suspicious circumstances. she starts living with her jija nd sister who dsnt have any child of their own and continuous to live with them for more than 30 years.have her jija's name on ration card and voter id as her father.conceals this fact from the in laws of her daughter who come to know about it after 4 years of marriage through a relative.when enquired about it the girl says that her mother was adopted by her mausa ji at the time when she(mother of the girl) was still in the womb of her biologicalmother.Jija was approx 20-22 years old at the time of so called adoption.its really confusing.but some how secretive. now the the above said adopted mother has instigated her daughter to file a 498A case. Now how can the husband and his family use all these concealed facts in their favour.

You are wrong!you are really bothering more than too much by repeating same topic in several ways in different threads.Not only that much you are out smarting us too which at least i never tolerate.
It appears that you were here before trapping us and when your trap is complete you are coming with a plan which is concocted without truth to setup some false case to grab some property by disguise in which you want us to abet.

i m sorry sir, if i have offended u in some way. I respect ur opinion highly. If you think that this is a wrong way to ask anything then I apologise . we do not have any intention to trap someone.We are alraedy trapped in fake allegations. so trying to know if concealment of these kind of facts are wrong or right by girl's mother. If you find it unethical to answer then i m really sry for tht.

If you are in trap then try to show straight way the story of trap and ask how to come out of that,then if any viable idea tricks in my mind i will advise.

Dear Upasna,
It is only you, who can get wrong advice due to half baked facts or asking query in broken manner without putting the real fact and the whole story before the experts. Later you cannot blaime any expert if you get confused due to some contradictory opinions. So, it is up to you only whether to state the matter in totality or to get advice only on broken links of the story.
Still further, it is not understood, how the so called adoptive mother tries to link her adoption case with 498A case of her daughter, or how far the husband and in-laws of her daughter are concerned with the adoption of her mother, if she has adjusted and mixed up properly with the husband's family?

respected sir,
I try to ask the question in a proper way.
1. The girl's family introduces her mausa ji as her maternal grandfather.
2.The girl never adjusted herself in the family even the boy took her to UK on her demand , spent atleat 3 lakh rupees on her there.
3. The girl demands either to live separate or the house should be transeffered on her name.
4 .The boy refuses to do so and the girl leaves for her mother's house.
5. He calls her everday and approached her family and relatives for recocillation but all in vain.
5. Now he suddenly comes to know tht the girl's father committed a suicide after around one and a half year of marriage and after that his wife's mother started living with his jija ji and sister.
6. He also comes to know that her mother didnt even bother to attend the last rites of her father.
7. He and his family always thought that girl has lost her father in a young age so she and her mother deserves all the sympathy.
8. the husband and his family never objected on her tantrums and misbeahve but tried to make her understand the worth of a family as may be lack of a father has caused all these behavioiural problems.
9. The girl refuse to write the surname of husband;s family , saying it is a mark of slavery.
10.She is living with her mother from last 3 years, delievered her child there, husband pays all the bills. Mother of the girl waits for the husband and his family to come and sign the papers and pay the bills.leaving her own daughter;s life in risk in operation theatre.
11. afterr 3 years of endless efforts of reconcilation, the husband gets public insult .
12. So finaly he thinks about filing divorce,the girl files rcr,after sometime when girl realizes that the husband has proofs to prove her cruelty, she files a complaint under 498 A.Which I suppose is the last solid weapon.
2. After 4 years of marriage the boy's family comes to know it.
my question is how r we suppose to proceed on it further. She is earning a very hefty amount of salary.but sstill wants us to pay her around 20 lakhs for settlement because according to the police all these eveidences od our is of no use??

The best way in this case is to approach High Court with the facts,is one.
The second option is to settle the problem by paying the lump-sump amount,considering the harassment in life and long litigation
which will cost a lot in the life.
