First you have to obey the decorum of court of law.. Consumer court may be something differ from other courts, as well as its giving something freedom for publics. Same time don't misuse it. So just submit your application in proper way.. I think your complaint may be returned..

Dear sowrya, this is the formal proceedings before start your case. You have to submit your application with sufficient court fee. If there is any correction mean you have to comply it.. Have to enclose the postal cover with stamp for issue summons to the opposite party.. Any one of the above may be occured mistakely. Just correct your self.

Consumer courts are accepting, complaints sent by post. But, you will be having problems for numbering the case, if your complaint is having some defects.

agreeing to experts i state that it better you directly submit the complaint and comply with objections so that it proceeds the matter. it iwll not take much time in processing and filing. 100 is the fee and process fee for summoning the parties is required. its easy.
