Respected Sir's
I am charged under 420 & 468 related to a passport offense, i was offered a job out of India & in regard to the same, i was asked to get a passport done by the agent & the agent messed up the whole thing by forging my documents,
in this regard, i have taken anticipatory bail from high court, now, when i recollect the agent has submitted a degree certificate (FAKE) & it has not yet reached the police officers, now my query is, if police gets the same during their investigation, are they going to file a fresh case & arrest or the present anticipatory bail holds good.
i am in deep trouble &as i am tensed every minute as i have a family with two minor kids.
i am scared of their future as i am the only earning member in the family & if some thing happens to me, all of them would suffer because of my mistake.

All the frauds are related to the same transaction, hence no fresh case is made out.

When went to PS as per the AB & ensured my presence there as per the conditions of AB, the IO was rude & took my details & made me to write a pharse of a news paper on 4 plain papers & also made me to wrtie the numericals from 1 to 10 & took my specimen signatures & he was mentioning to one of his colleagues that the documents he has collected will go to FSL.
The IO made his team collect my statements as per his requirement.
Is the IO heading towards framing me in this case of 420 & 468.
can i resend my statement through register post in the name of IO & mention my version of statement, does this hold good in trial court.
Experts advise required, experts please help.

The statement you signed in front of the IO or investigating officer is a statement you must have read before you put your signature on it,right? So,why send a new one by registered post? And the phrase you were made to write will go for sign verification,to ensure whether your agent has signed for you without your knowledge and therefore committed a serious offence or if you have yourself signed and were therefore fully aware of the offence being committed and have not been misled!

Its fine you need not to worry about your signature and writings as its a part of investigation and police send it to handwriting expert for opinion. So don't worry about charge sheet, if filed be ready to face trial.

I am more worried about the other document (degree certificate) which has not yet reached police station along with the application, because what ever police has now is my 10 th marks card which was forged by agent, now if they get the fake degree certificate, the certificate does not contain my signatre, it has only the name, are they going to frame a new case? again should i seek a fresh bail or are they going to prosecute?
if they had got this document earlier it self, they would have filed just one case & i would have obtained one bail.

I was forced to put my signatures on the statements & had no option other than sign the same.
when i spoke to my lawyer he said we can send our statement via RPID.
The agent while promising me a job took signatures on the blank passport application.
the agent is now absconding putting me in trouble
i m just seeking opinions from experts.
please suggest.
