Dear All (PS Dhingra,Shailesh Kr. Shah, prabhakar singh,ajay sethi,S.GANESAN.LAWYER) experts thanks for your valuable suggestion on query Property-238246 this is continuation of same query- kindly Guide

I have not found any POA in favor of 5 peoples or any Society Letter head attached with any Member list, along with Registered Land sale Agreement. Is it Mandatory as per Law to give produce or attached said document at the time of Registration at Registrar office?

if an application has been made to form housing society all memebers of the proposed society have to sign the application form .
