Non farmer can purchase agricultural land in various States such as in Haryana, Punjab, UP, MP, HP, Assam, Rajasthan, Delhi etc.

Such purchaser has to see title of the land in consonance with the revenue record and possession of such land before purchase and after purchase he has to seek CLU for construction as per local laws and then has to get his site plan approved and construction completed accordingly. For re-sale, nothing extra is required from him.
