Dear Experts
Need your advice as to how I can legalize my Law Office, as the residential area where I stay does not allow for Trade License. I cannot open up a Bank Account even without the Trade License. I want to make my company as LLP in future. Please provide me a way I can use the name of my Law Firm and have a Bank Account on the name of my Firm.

hire any commercial place for your office.
after that you choose your faviorate name and registered the same in Registrar of Firm. the name should not me confusive.

yes normally no on against to start the law firm in home. but what is the reason it was refused. IF any commercial trade then it may be refused , If any difficulty then better to find a place nearer to your residence and start it.
