NOC is required in a two / four wheeler if you want to sell your vehicle in other state, you need not re regiter the vehicle in other city/state if the insurance, road tax are all paid. the same registration numbers can be used all over India in case of all private vehicles it includes all four wheelers too.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 18 November 2011
Yes I agree.

I differ.

the same registration number will normally suffice,if the stay is temporary.

if you are going to stay for more than 30 days, you will have to re register your vehicle locally.

since you had obtained a loan from bank, you have to inform the bank regarding the same and get a consent from them.

dear Shailesh,

I had differed regarding using same registration number throughout india.

If you are using it for a temporary stay,it is ok,otherwise,a new registration would be required.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 22 November 2011
The temporary registration no. has validity for limited time only.
prabhakar singh (Expert) 22 November 2011
That is also right.
