Inducing to sign affidavit of marriage

One of my client who is just 26 years old got indulge with a women having 3 kids.
she induced him to get married and got an affidavit of marriage between the two signed on a non juducial paper . we no they are not legally married by7 this document.
My client for lack of knowledge believe the document to be true and accepted to be his married husband and started to live with her in a accomodation provided by the company to him.
Within one weeks Marriage's she asked him to purchase all domestic appliances and utensils and things that are required to live in a house like TV fridge Beds Gas Stove etc.
The client purchased all that. After few days time a another guy comes to the house and start to fight with him and asked him to leave the house.
Along with that guy she also fought with him and threatened him and kicked him out of the House.
Now that guy visits her frequently spends nights with her and goes away.
Now the issue is that the accommodation is of company and he does not want to disclose this situation to company for his job security.
Secondly she is enjoying freely the home appliances and everything that he has purchased . He want all that back and get rid of her from that company accommodation.
How is this can be done?.

There is no valid marriage between your client and that lady in the given facts. Signature of your client over a non-judicial stamp paper have no value in the eyes of law.
Your client shall have to come openly against that lady and he should not only disclosed a fraud played with him by that lady but should also lodge a FIR under section 420 IPC against her and should further pray to dispossess such anti-social elements immediately from the premises of company.

legal way advised by Mr. Makkad is quite good...but there is a saying Laaton ke bhoot baaton se nahin maante.
the legal remedy if initiated will provide enough space to the female to initiate various proceedings on the basis of that document...the man may have to loose the job as well :)

Who is in the custody of the affidavit?
Your client Or that lady??
Is that man who visits is her husband or some one else???

Custody of affidavit is with us.
The man visiting the lady is someone else but as per their conduct they both look accomplice in this

If custody of affidavit is with you ,then as wisely entry was taken by her your client should make her out with same wisdom in the name of outing tour where your client should drop and return to native home then here[before going on tour all locks must be changed].Ask him take along leave for this purpose.He should preferentially now marry with some one of his choice and then along with legally wedded return to his company accommodation.
There after do not accept the duo and do not understand any relation with them and do not talk of affidavit,finish its' existence.
This is the solution i see in my mind.
