DEFENSE ADVOCATE.-firmaction@g (Expert) 27 November 2011
You can use all the provisions of CPC, but you have to justify your action.
prabhakar singh (Expert) 27 November 2011
THE BOMBAY PUBLIC TRUSTS RULES,framed under the ACT shall apply and not the CPC in your matter.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 27 November 2011
Civil Procedure Code is not applicable as Commissioner is Court and no interrogatories are allowed to be raised therein as asked for.
prabhakar singh (Expert) 27 November 2011
Mr.makkad has inadvertently missed to place a "NOT A" in his sentence between words "is"and "court"
BY his sentence"Civil Procedure Code is not applicable as Commissioner is Court and no interrogatories are allowed to be raised therein as asked for."

HE really meant to say"Civil Procedure Code is not applicable as Commissioner is NOT A Court and no interrogatories are allowed to be raised therein as asked for."

Mr.Singh,

Shall I call it as reading between the lines.
prabhakar singh (Expert) 27 November 2011
Mr. Arunagiri !

In fact i could not get you.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 27 November 2011
thanks prabhkar singh ji! Really I missed word 'not a' between the words is and court. I am praising you only because of this capability of you to catch mistakes and put before others. I really admire you.
prabhakar singh (Expert) 27 November 2011
