Hi All

My wife filed a false dowry case against me with the help of his uncle who is cirlce inspector.Now i want take legal action against him,How to go about this.

Merely because her uncle his police official does not entitle you to make any case against him unless you have proofs that he has misused his official position.
Better prepare yourself for the long battle lying ahead.

file an application to SSP/Commissioner of police to investigate the matter through higher authority or investigate the matter through CBCID, because he is in police service and may be influance the fair investigation.
secondly if he threatened to you or your family then file a complaint against him before the court.

case has tobe investigated . the police inspector uncle may merely help in loding case . if after investigation you find that you have become the vctim of conspiracy you have various legal remedies . if false FIR is lodged under 498 you can always go for quashing .

at this stahe proceeding against police inspector wont help

I want to take action against 100s of people but no valid grounds are made out.

There is no legal ground before you to make any complaint against the relative of your wife because he assisted your wife to avail her legal rights.

You should confine now only up to the case filed against you. defend it honestly without diverting your attension else.

You only Defend yourself.
Forget about taking action.

If you have proof, you can Complain against Police officer acting ultra-vires, misusing his post and authority.
