Any judgement in 125 crpc

Is there any judgement in 125 crpc which says no maintenance to wife if she is older than husband and more educated also ?

I am agree with Sailesh
if the wife is able to maintain herself only then the wife is not entitled for maintinance. the burdun of proof to prove that the wife is working & maintain herself is upon Husband.

Age is not yardstick for maintenance nor mere education.
You have to prove that she is more gainfully employed that her husband.

well your ingenious reasoning leaves me spell bound .

if husband can be older than wife and she agrees to marry him heavens wont fall if girl is older than man .

you agreed to marry her . now you want to evade your responsibilites of maintenance by saying wife is olderabd more educated so no maintenance . unfortunately there are no such judgements to support your case
