Hello all,
It is my humble request to all of you to provide me judgements on misguidance in matrimonial matters. Actually i have filed petition for divorce which is actually not under the proper law which was as per advocate advise now i have withdraw the case and again i want to initiate in a proper way so i required some citations on misleading by advocates.

you have been granted liberty to file fresh case . although advocate has drafted pleadings you have approved the same . on bais of your approval advocate has filed petition for diovrce .
instead of wasting time suing advocate better concentrate on your divorce case

If you mention the provision of law, then we could guide you more appropriately.
In any case, the defect in the petition specially the wrong quoting of any provision of law can easily be corrected by way of amendment of pleading.

You need not to go for citation, just file another fresh petition.

It is not necessary to mention the provision of law while filing it. You have to give the correct prayer. The registry will help you in giving the correct provision of law.
You can file a fresh petition.

As you already withdrawn the Petition, forget Amendments.
You are asking citations to Advocates to punish Advocate?? Our brothers?
It is a Law Practice, & Law study is ocean.
And like Doctors who practice, a person die of his mistake. [Irreparable]
Here by Advocate’s mistake only a little repairable damages are caused!
When you get benefits of Crores, or repairs your damaged matrimonial Life, due to Advocate and get benefit of happy life, do you garland lawyer? Do you pay him double??
AFTER ALL IT IS A PRACTICE, AND YOU HAVE CHOICE TO ENGAGE ANY ADVOCATE. [ and you can change it too, so easily, you cannot change wife so easily]
You should check up his records before engaging Advocate. {& or Dr. or Wife}
Make Mistake and repent [ Few months for Advocate mistake, Lifetime for Wife ]
Why is the Fee Difference from 200 to 20L ? If service provided is same, and the cheaper don’t make mistake?
Higher Fees & more experiences, more skill means less mistakes. No Advocate is 100% & Perfect. It is Your Choice.
Didn’t you make mistake in choice of your Wife? You again repeated it in Choice of your Advocate.
And your objective is to go on fighting with all of them, spending time and money and mental disturbance, or settle your life with happy peaceful future.
Do whatever you like, choice is yours.

Better try to rectify the mistake already committed. Unless you are able to prove any bad intention on the part of your advocate to misguide you intentionally, you would lose on that ground also. Interpretations and mis-interpretations in law go side by side.
