dismissal from service is severe penalty imposed on employee . if dismissed bar to future employement as he has not been found fit for the job .
adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) (Expert) 30 January 2012
Dismissal is a punishment. Once he is dismissed from the service he wont be eligible for any govt., employment.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 30 January 2012
Slighly discreing with Ad rajoo. Removeal is lso a punishement. Both have equal financial effect. Employee gets nothing except (i)PF(ii)Gp Insurance. But dismissal is a penlaty which is bar on futur eemloyment while removal is not. A per Provisio to Art 309 President is empowered to frame the service rules. These are the rules framed. If the queriest feels it to be unconsitutional he can challange it in High Court.
