sir,
i have shaopping complex in mainroad in front of my shopping complex the govt plan to construct busstop,if the busstand is constructed my shop was not seen to people, so the buisness will cause dull. plz tell what can i do? shall i get stayorder what is the procedure for getting stay order? did district court have the rights to pass stayorder?plz give me guidance via dineshrajaips@gmail.com

If the construction of bus stand is blocking your passage, you can approach the Civil court for injunction or try a WRIT before the high court.
But, you can not challenge the construction of bus stand, just because it will block the elevation of your shopping complex.
