Makemytrip - ticket refund issue

Dear sirs,
Recently I booked two tickets to thailand through www.makemytrip.com with my credit card.
I cancelled one ticket One week before the departure of flight and the second 4 hours before the departure of the flight.
They charged Rs.11,929/- as cancellation charges for first cancelled ticket and No refund was given for the second ticket.
I contacted the Thai Airways, thier charges Rs.1,000/- to Rs.3885/- per ticket as cancellation charges.
cancellation charges mentioned in the e-ticket was - Airways charges + 500/- as their service charges.
I was cheated by makemytrip, alomst for Rs.26118/- app.
can you suggest me how can I proceed to get back my amount.

Unfortunately I had had a very bad experience with this site earlier.
Do file a complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Forum Act in the Consumer Forum within which any of the offices of MMT is situate.

Their terms and condition include all these.
They manipulate in such a manner, that cancellation on same day , as well as any cancellation is heavily charged.
It seem to be their main revenue generating tricks.

Dear raki,
First of all send a notice demanding refund of amount illegally charged by them.
If they fail to pay on notice, then file a consumer complaint as advised by Mr.barman.
As per sec.11(2)(c) of the Consumer Protection Act, a complaint can be filed where the cause of action arises.

issue legal notice through lawyer . in said notice bring aforesaid facts on record . it may work .
if no reply received file complaint before consumer forum
