If court get convinced that purjury has been done on oath, the proceding of 125crpc will get stop or it will be as usual continue. What is the procedure.

Would depend where the applicant has perjured herself - if the substratum of her case is gone - 125 won't go on, however if it is a mere exaggeration - that does not disentitle her from claiming maintenance - then she is not non suited - though S.340 r/w 195 may go on

Notwithstanding opinion expressed herein above,the Magistrate has to give findings as required under s.125 cr.p.c.However Magistrate,if satisfied may lodge a complaint for perjury committed before it in the course of judicial proceedings.
