Registration of gpa

Can a GPA of a property in an un-authorised colony in New Delhi be registered ? It has been granted provisional regularisaton certificate in 2008 but not regularised till date. Please advise.

GPA for transfer of property is compulsarily registered.

But if it is for transfer of illegal property, then it does not have any value in the eyes of law.

How can one transfer a property which does not belong to him at all??

colouny is unauthorised. GPA cannot be regsitered for transfer of unauthorised properties

GPA cannot be registered for unauthorised property. How any one can transfer the property which doesnot belong to him.

GPA should be execute by the Principal who is the rightful owner of the property,so GPA of colony property is not valid.

GPA and the nature of the colony are two separate issues. One can provide GPA to look after his property and so one in favour of anyone without having relevant of location of his property in any area whether it is authorized or unauthorized but ....

No GPA cum sale meant for transfer of property is not possible especially in the light of recent SC verdict.
