Whether petition is maintainable for wrong allegations??

If A files court case against his employer B who terminated him..B says some thing in defence and made allegations in pleadings that A has been indulged in manipulation of records and B reserves the right to take action in this reagard
Finally matter has been dispoed off and Court don't find merits in the allegations made by B But don't reinstate A..whether A can file fresh application against B WHO HAS LEVYIED FALSE CHARGES in the pleadings

A can file an appeal against the impugned judgment and can also separately file civil as well as criminal case against B for defaming him without any substance.
