Respected All,
One query of mine regarding car parking, I purchase a new flat with the amount of car parking. Amount of car parking is included in the agreement and registered the same but not mentioned about parking in agreement and the difference of amount for car parking is also there in agreement if calculate the rate with area. e.g. flat value 16 lac (Sp.ft X rate ) + parking value 50 K = total registered value of agreement 16.5 lac.
Now what builder is doing, he done agreement with other parking buyers and noterising it,but in my case builder saying there is no need for notery require because your amount is already added in the registered agreement, we issue allotment letter for car parking to you.
Can this letter is sufficient to me to prove my ownership? If no, then request to reply with further action i need to take.

as per Supreme court judgment and direction, any one builder could not sell separately or with sale flats, if any one of the flats buyer to buy any flat the builder must provide car parking spaces without consideration amount and any payment.

builder has no right to sell car parking slots . if builder has done so it is contrary to law . on formation of society it can cacel the parking slots sold to the members by the builder

If the builder did then it agaisnt the society act. You said you have the allotment letter so you show to the new person about it. Even after if he buy the place then send legal notice to builder and the other buyer
