406, 499 of ipc

Kindly inform in private complaint case sec. 200 Cr.PC after cognizance by the Ld. Court (406, 499 IPC) can the complainant submit a false list of iteams for sizer by misleading the court?

If the above is maintainable what defense should I take? As I am preparing for 340 here also.

How can you distinguish at this early stage that sizer list is false of true?

There is no maintainability of 340 at this stage.

sir,
Iur marraige happened without any gift also. Her all personal belongins took out on 09.02.2008 at the time of leaving her matrimonail home permantly.
