Towards claiming an awarded lumpsum death gratuity in respect of our late son, the NHS pension authorities in UK are insisting the Letter of Administration or its equivalent obtained here at Bangalore has to be RESEALED by a British Court of Law,

Will any Law Professionals who can arrange/organise such compliance please advise/guide/get in touch with me, Please ?
