Regarding to sale of property

1. there is an immovable property beloning to a private trust.trust wants to sell the property whether the court permission is required?

2. if the turst is of public turst and wants to sale the immovable property belonging to the public turst, whether the permisstion of the court is required?

1. No if the same is not a public charitable trust.

2. Yes.

3. File a civil suit before the court of civil judge senior division specifying the need to sale and proposed utilization of sale proceeds with full description of the property to be sold. The General Public shall be made as defendant.
