Outstanding amount and address proof and finances

There are few concerns here which I have
ISSUE 1:
I have an outstanding maintenance amount which got piled up past couple of years as i was not provided clarification on the penalties and interests which were applied on my monthly maintenance bills. I have been requesting the committee members in every AGM and whenever there are society meetings to provide me clarifications on the outstanding amount but they haven't yet given me any details on it. I told the society that i am ready to pay the actual o/s amount too but they have not accepted that too and are stressing on the interests.
APPROACH:
I told the society members i'll continue to pay the o/s amount and to freeze the o/s amount and we can discuss the disputed amount later but the society is not ready on it.
ISSUE 2:
I wanted a address proof noc certificate from the society for my passport and I provided the application for the same. The society has denied stating that you have to clear the o/s amount first. I am not sure what has the address proof document got to do with the o/s amount.
ISSUE 3:
I am quite concern with the finances the way the society is handling. They are not transparent. I had requested them the statements for the building repairs, the installation of the mobile satellites on the terrace and several others past 4 years but they haven't yet provided any. They straight away ignore these queries. In the AGMs they change topics when asked for and try to hop the agendas and close it without providing any clarifications on the statements.
Appreciate if anyone can provide me some insight on the above queries.

It seems that your voice is in minority or say single in the society. This situation is very dangerous for you and your lawful agenda. You should create public opinion in your favour. First of all deposit the amount which is being demanded by society under protest so as to avoid further interest and then get the address proof and then come to the real issues with the help of other members of the society so that your voice may not be prove as a deaf ears.
Your voice is not heard on today because you are 'defaulter'. Once this stigma is removed, you with the help of all other members of the society can forcefully put your issues including the calculation of the amount charged from you.
