sir/madam currently my d.v case is running at evidence state and she has given her evidence on contrary to her petition.
if she files 498a then the proceeding of these cases will be together of any of the case will be hold till the judgement of other case.plz advice

498 A case is separate . dont count your chickens till they are hatched . she has not yet filed 498 A case . why are you so paranoid?
concentrate on DV case

Are you expecting her to file 498A also.Better anticipate and prepare substantial evidence in your favour.But at the moment concentrate on the DV case only.

The contradictory stand of the applicant in the DV Act may provide benefit for you in the other litigation if she starts but dont ask questions which are not existing as on day.
