Case against property bought .

A plot of approx 1600 sq ft has been bought and full and final payment has been done and the registry of the same has been done in year 2005. but now since the seller is dead a person lodged a complain that he had agreement for the same land in year 1994 but was not able to do the registry for the same.
after going through the agreement it was known that person has originally bought the plot but only the advance payment was done in 1994 but not the full payment thus the plot was not registered to him by the seller.
now what to do as the person has lodged case against us (buyer) under section 420. as the seller is dead now . please help what to do ?

The charges leveled against you has no legs to stand.
It is an abusive proceeding.
Do not waste time in going for quashing the case lodged u/s 420 ipc.

The case filed by the person against you is not at all maintainable. He has no authority and tittle over the property which is purchased by you. Limitation to file a suit is also bared.
