Registered Notice sent to party by the court but no acknowledgement or registry came back, is it accepted as TAMILA (Notice served).

check up details of delivery from post office inwriting giving the details of RL No. They do respond if the registry is not more than 6 months old.

If it is speed post check the delivery details on the website of post office.

You have not mentioned the matter in the court whether civil or criminal? If it is civil matter then according to civil procerdure code summonse/notice served through RPAD and cover and AD not returned after 30 days of sending of the RPAD court may declare that it is deemed to be served.This applies to civil procedure only not in DV or 125 matters.
