Regarding the official bond

Hi All,
I am currently working in an IT firm under a bond of 2 years for 2 lakh rupees. I got selected in the INDIAN ARMY. Is there a law that there is no bond,if the person is selected in the national services under which of course the ARMY comes.

Can you kindly suggest me about the provisions in such case.

Dear Nagesh
if you had signed agreement and bond then you are bound to this bond and there is no law that if the employee selected in any Govt. Service then this agreement can not enforced.
talk to your concerned manager and settle the matter and join iNDIAN ARMY

The bond would remain in force.

However, if the company has not given any specialized training to you, the bond may become voidable.
