Enhancement of punishment

Recently XIII mahila court has given convection under 498 A 3 years punishment and Rs.5000/- that only for accused but complainant produced lot of evidence for DP act also but accused acquitted for DP act and his mother also acquitted for same so kindly suggest

As both cases are different the judgements may be different too. Both cases are tried differently and there may be differences between the depositions of the witnesses.
