Filing of vakalatnama

sir,
i have filed a vakalatnama in a wrong case on behalf of respondent(driver) in MACT,as my client was under some misconception ,of the case title.i came to know only after getting the copies of petition,as the facts were different from that of the case of my client.my clients case is in other court ,now what should i do?

You can file an application before that court in which you have filed vakalatnama and pray to withdraw the vakalatnama due to this mistake of fact. and filed the vakalatnama in another court in which your client's case is pending

First of all File your VP in correct Court & Proceed.

Second step to Apply to withdraw wrongly filed VP, as by mistake. [It is not a big issue] Even if u do not withdraw the VP, that VP is of no use, as that case is not of ur client. The real client / Party must have files his VP in MACT .
