my grand father had 4 sons 1 of them passed away he had 2 wifes 2 children from each wife 1wife passed away my big uncle made a kulmuktyar patra which making 2 false family members of my 2nd uncle stand n my father is a mentally retarded person we have certificate from civil govt hospital he made kulmuktyar patra on 8/4/2004 .he sold the land to a professor[govt employee] on the basis of kulmutkyar patra he made sathe khat on 22/4/2004 and kharedhikhat on 12/2/2008 we registerd a f.i.r 4/8/2011 as we came 2 know about this when we asked for share in property we r dam rehablitation people he used to say we didnt get the land the police seem to help him as so much time is gone still there is no chargesheet filed sec 420,465,466,468,471,477a,34 are there in the f.i.r is it the police who can solve the case legally if not is it necessary for me to file a court case i have recorded police not coprating n usin bad words when we used to go to the police station they said it takes time in these types of cases but i have a dought they r helping the criminal is the sale of land made on a false kulmuktyar patra legal can a sale be made through kulmuktyar patra police has 2 file a charge csheet 90 days is it so how?

how much time it takes to solve the case the buyer has sold the land to another person how can we get the land back i have send a cd of the police offocer to head office of police and even a rti wether there is any action thken against the police officer

you ought to have file d civl case that sale of property was illegal and to set aside the sale deed . to appoint court receiver pending hearing and final disposal of suit
