Hello Members,
my name is ankur garg and i am a chartered accountant.i am emloyed with a PSU.i want to pursue LLB now.but since i am in full time job will it be possible for me to pursue full time LLB along with job?
if no, then are there some institutes or colleges which provide correspondence LLB.
is that LLB equivalent to full time LLB,i mean is that recognised by BAR Council.
can a person with corresspondence LLB become a member of bar councila and carry out practice in his name.

No, there is no correspondence course for

LL.B but you can do it in evening law

college.

Bar Council has abolished Evening Law Colleges running full time LLB course long time back. I do not think there are any Law Colleges now running 3-or 5-year LLB course in the evening. There are colleges which confer 2-year Law coursesand run them in the evening or by correspondence but such graduates cannot practise law.

I differ, DU is offering a LLB course in evening college. I am a student in the same.
