Communication with judge

(Querist) 09 June 2012 This query is : Resolved
A suit is pending before High court against me on civil matter.
If I communicate with Highcourt(not specific judge) through a letter to tell HC my problem(it can be put on record too), than is it illegal?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 09 June 2012
When a case is pending you have no right to communicate with a judge specially regarding the case.
Refrain from it at any cost.
adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) (Expert) 09 June 2012
You can communicate the judge regarding the case, but you cannot communicate personally, whatever you want to say, say it thru., your advocate.
Advocate M.Bhadra (Expert) 09 June 2012
There is no provision, you can conduct your case through your lawyer.
R.K Nanda (Expert) 09 June 2012
Yes, it is illegal.
