Blazeflash courier lost my parcel

Respected Sir,

I send a parcel through Blazeflash from Indore to Delhi on 16/5/12 but it is not yet delivered, now they are not replying also.
I am from Indore, and here consumer forum contact number is also not responding.

Kindly check the attachments about my interaction with blazeflash ppls through mail.

if they failed to deliver parcel and are not responding inspite of reminders issue them a legal notice

Through consumer court and who will bear the expenses of court?

Pl.give the details about the process and normal time of resolution.

it can take 2 years . you have to bear expenses . if you win case court may award you costs and comepsnation

I am in complete agreement with Mr. Sethi

initially u need to spend for the litigation and if your case succeeds then definitely the Consumer Forum will award some costs in your favour.

Item cost is 850/- , hope expenses are not much and decision not take much time.
