AFTER WITHDRAWING THE WRIT PETITION FOR QUASHING THE FIR CAN WE FILE A PETITION UNDER A SINGLE BENCH TO CANCEL/QUASH THE CHARGESHEET FILED U/S 307/354 OF IPC

A criminal writ petition can be filed for the quashing of the charge sheet as framing of charges is an event subsequent to the registration of FIR.
