Multiple associate members in one family

My father owns the flat we live in. He would like to add both my mother and myself as Associate Members. Is that permissible? Can he nominate two associate members for the same flat?

a flat can be in name of 3 individuals .if yuor father desires to add your name as associate member he is free to do so . but please note on his death you lose your membership

Thank you so much for your reply. Our building secretary has been telling us that he can name only one person as an associate member.

a n associate member is an individual ,firm, body corporate whois eligible to be an associate member and has made an application to society for being admitted as membeer in prescribed form
he is a member who holds certifcate jointly and whose name does not appear first in share certifcate . an associate member has right to stand for election in absence of member and is entitled to vote .

in your society flat is is name of 3 persons . scoiety can if it desres admit you as an associate member

Thanks a lot sir.

Right now the share certificate is in the name of my father Mr. Mukesh Govind Mani Jointly held with my mother Smt. Rakhee Mani.

So I will tell him we need to submit an application to have me also listed on the share certificate.
