pls inform the full procedure to admitt bail appliction in the high court which is rejected from district court

to file an application for bail along with the certified copy of rejection of bail application before the sessions court

You can challenge the order passed by the session court in high court pointed out why the order does not hold good. the format of bail application are different in different high court . pls specify the high court to get correct format.

I do agree with Mr. Ganeshan but alongwith the certified copy of the order of the session court u will have to file the translated copy of the same.
