Rajasthan state govt service matter

thank's for reply sir, and sorry for my incomplet question, I want to ask that, state service matter can hear by civil court, because rajasthan civil service appeallate tribunal also hearing the state service matter,
civil court is a compitant authority for hearing this type of case, if yes, provide me complite detail with court,matter, and case no

Please see Rajasthan Administrative Tribunal Act, wheterh it bars jurisdiction of civil court.
