Mr.Raj Kumar,
Go through the LSA Act 1987.Section 12 helps you solve your problem.The residuary clause still entitles a person other than falling in the above categories, if his annual income is up to Rs.50,000/- in cases up to HC & Rs.one lac before SC.However some states have amended this clause for limiting income.You can see your own state amendment,if any.
