what are the mandatory formalities is required to fulfill when a pf register under micro,Small ,medium enterprise act?
if he has failed to fulfill, what are the consequent are there?

Dear Hetal,
Actually your query is not clear to me. HOWEVER, if it is about whether or not PF regn. is required for micro, small and medium enterprises, the only clarification , I can give you is to go through the criterion for compulsory regn. under Employees' Provident Fund and Misc. Provisions Act and find out for yourself with regard to your enterprise whether Regn. is required for the entity in question.
