I am a 498a victim ,my wife is threating to file domestic violence act, i have filed child custody case earlier, as i am now in bail , attandance of 498a hearing is mandetory , but for those case child custody & DV act is my attandance in court hearing is mandatory?

let her file case first . courts do not insist on mandatory presence in DV case if you are reprseneted by your lawyer .
