Transfer by gift deed to mother

Dear All,

Can I transfer my share in an immovable property which is under construction to my mother? After formation of society, will the share certificate be issued directly to my mother or to me?

Actually, my wife has filed divorce on the basis of mental cruelty.Counselling sessions are going on and maintenance case is yet to get started so is it apporpriate to transfer my share in an under construction property at this moment to my mother through Gift Deed?

kindly clarify at the earliest.

You can transfer to your mother. Share certificate will be issued to a person who is the owner and share holder of the society

Builder will do needful(as Soc not formed;no Q of Share cert. )

Thanks everybody...it would be nice if anyone can provide with the format of Gift deed for an under construction property.
