Case regarding late and incomplete possession

As I won the case against Builder and now builder has approached State consumer forum against me and court has ordered to deposit the penalty amount. But he has not deposited any money and there is 64 days delay in filling the petition ,he has applied for delay condemn.I came to know that he was not in good health and out of country ,and these r the reason for delay.I also came to know that his company liquidated in 2009.He has not mentioned about this fact.Now my question is that ,what will be the fate of this court matter,if his pvt.ltd.company is already under liquidation or liquidated??

You should record your claim in company licudiation process.

Apart from approaching the liquidator for the satisfaction of your claim, you should bring this fact to the knowledge of State Consumer Commission by appearing therein so that no adverse order may be passed against you.

My Lawyer has found out the fact that the company has been already liquidated.Then my question is that can a company which has been liquidated has any right to go in state consumer court and if the company is not in existence then ,is there any point to go to court to get the claimed amount?? now how can I recover the money spent by me for completion of flat and to whom I should consult?
