PLEASE ANY BODY CAN TELL CLARIFY MY BELOW BELOW SAID QUESTIONS WITH SPECIFIC LAW AND SECTION.
1. UNDER CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY ACT (GUJARAT) DOES ANY RELATIVE LIKE SON, FATHER OR WIFE OF THE OWNER OF THE FLAT BECOME A COMMITTEE MEMBER LIKE PRESIDENT, VICE PRESIDENT, SECRETORY OR TREASURER OR ANY OTHER COMMITTEE MEMBER?
2, IF NOT THEN UNDER WHICH LAW AND SECTION THOSE PEOPLE CAN BE DISQUALIFIED?
3. AND LAST, IF THE SOCIETY MEMBERS ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE MANAGING COMMITTEE HOW CAN WE DISSOLVE THIS COMMITTEE?

what is term for which managing committee has been elected . if members are un happy with the functioning of mangaing committee then let the members requisition an extraoridnary general meeting for said purpose . place the issue on agenda . deepnding upon the decision in EGM further action should be taken .
as far as ownership of flat is concerned if flat is standing in joint names of father son , husabnd wife then the associate meber can be a member of managing committee , be appointed as secretary or any other office bearer
