Maitenance case 125 to be denied to capable wife if she worked previously.

Dear Freinds,
kindly advice that wife has not mentioned and disclosed about her job which has been left by her intentionally to take money from husband as pre plan base with her parents.
she says that she worked in a pvt firm and no have any evidence to proof that she worked. husband has a copy of appointment letter and also he knows that her salary is credited in waht bank. actually salary was credted for some month in her personal account.
kindly advice how to proceeds as delhi court recently said that if wife left job intentionally to extort money from husband than she is not entitled to maitenance.
kindly give best advice.

you are correct . if wife is well qualified and has been working previously she wont be entitled to maintenance .use the appointment letter to show that she was working previously
