Dear Sir,
I have read one case in this foram "Gram samaj land (Property Law)" posted by Mr. Sharad Tripathi and reply given by Adv. MR. Ajay Sethi. In that lines there is one line "supreme court has directed state govts to prepare schmes for eviction of all these unauthorised occupants"
In my village there are lot GS LAnd which are occupied by rich persons, some has construted home and boundies.
1. Will all these lands should be Free ?
2. is there any procudre for the same ?
3. Can villegers get a road from GS Land ?

1. If I oppose for that occupancy and drop a application for the same. How can it be done ?
2. Procedure to get a way for the public that it was earlier ?

Make an application to the District Magistrate about this. if no action taken within reasonable time say 30-40 days.
Thereafter make an rti application and enclosed previous filed application, and ask about what action taken yet.
