Buying a commercial property from muslim owner

Dear Sir,
I need your advice.
we are planning to buy a commercial property from Muslim owner.
the name of property is in the name of mother.
mother have 4 boys and 3 girls.all married having grand sons.
kindly give precations in buying land from muslims
is there is any law governing muslims?
according to their law only they is register the documents
as per muslim law only they will act?
we are Hindu.
the property value is 85 lakhs.
seeking your advice.and
also requesting the checklist in buying land.

when you are buying a property worth Rs 85 lakhs you cna fford legal fees . contact a local lawyer . take 30 years serach of the property .

yes you can purchase the property from Muslim owner without any hesitation, provided the property should be free from all disputes.There is no need to count the Muslim owner's decendants. As a matter of fact , in the life time of Muslim male or female no body have any legal rights over her or his property either he or she herself or himself earned the property or succeeded the property in his or her share.If you purchased the property the deed shall be registered by the seller only.There is no need to take consent from the heirs or successors.You have mentioned that you are Hindu, it does not effect to deal . Purchaser may be Hindu or Muslim or Sikh, or Christian or non believer of the God.
