Unlegal const.on our plot

we had purchased a plot 15yr.before, at the time of purchase mediator told it is your plot but in realty it is not, after come to know the facts we had filled a FOJDARI SUIT AGST FIRST WHO SOLD PLOT TO US AND SECOND WHO CONSTRUCTED THEHOUSE.court accept our application and SEND to local police station to collect the people but local police officer's not support us and he does want to file to court.we had allotted PATTA OF LAND FIRST ON OUR PLOT, THERE IS ANOTHER PATTA ON OUR PLOT ISSUED BY LOCAL AUTHORITY TO WHO CONST.HOUSE AFTER OUR PATTA.PL.ADVISE

If you have got sale deed in your name prior to another person then you will have to file suit for declaration and injunction.

If police is not initiating any action. file a criminal complaint against the erring persons.

since this is a clear civil dispute the police can not interfere with this problem..

you can get your remedy through court only.. if you are a genuine owner mean file a suit for declaration of your ownership.. if you are cheated by the vendors means just initiate the criminal case against them..

now option is yours..
